The latest one being that Alia and Ranveer will be dancing to the tunes of choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant for a dance number.
Yes, you heard that right! Ace choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant will be collaborating with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh for a dance track in the Karan Johar directorial. According to a news report in Etimes, Alia and Ranveer will soon be heading off to Austria to shoot for the same. The report further added that Vaibhavi is accompanying the Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani team to choreograph the song.
The report further added that Vaibhavi Merchant has earlier collaborated with Ranveer Singh on many projects. However, this will be her second time working with Alia Bhatt after the latter’s debut film Student Of The Year . Vaibhavi had worked with Ranveer in his debut film Band Baaja Baarat and then in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. The publication quoted a source close to Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani to reveal, "Vaibhavi has choreographed two more songs for the film."

Not only this but it was earlier reported that actresses Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and Sara Ali Khan will also be shaking a leg with Ranveer Singh in a dance track from Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The song will be choreographed by Remo D’souza and will be shot in Chitra Studios in Mumbai. A source close to the movie had revealed to the same publication, “It is definitely a very big song and has about 500 dancers and junior artistes participating in the shoot.” The movie will also star veteran actors Dharmendra , Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi .
