Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan to get his passport back, Mumbai Court orders the NCB

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan ’s son had gotten bail in his alleged drug case earlier in May this year. Following this, the star kid applied to get back his passport from a Mumbai Court. Now, the latest development is that the court has ordered the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to release Aryan’s passport.

According to a news report in ANI, “Special NDPS court has directed the court registry to return the passport of Aryan Khan which was submitted in court in the drugs case.” The alleged drug case in question was of the narcotics substances that were found on a ship named Cordelia in October 2021. Aryan was given a clean chit after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) did not name him in the charge sheet that was filed on the case. This was after he had spent almost a month in Arthur Road Jail last year in October.

Aryan Khan filed the application on Thursday (June 30) through his lawyers Rahul Agarwal of Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla and Amit Desai. The application filed by him stated that the Narcotics Control Bureau charge sheet does not mention his name so his passport should be handed back to him. The court had taken notice of Aryan Khan’s application and asked the Narcotics Control Bureau to give a reply. Furthermore, the matter had been scheduled for a hearing on July 13.

The star kid was required to hand over his passport to the court as one of the criteria for his bail and was prohibited from traveling abroad or even outside Mumbai for that matter. Aryan Khan was also required to attend the NCB agency office every week on Friday as part of his bail conditions. Meanwhile, on the work front, it was earlier reported that Aryan Khan is writing and developing an idea for a movie and a web series that will be backed by Red Chillies Entertainment .
