Thor: Love and Thunder new pictures tease a Mighty Thor and Valkyrie team up

A new picture from the upcoming MCu film Thor: Love and Thunder is doing the rounds on social media weeks after the first promo got fans excited. The new picture shows us Jane Foster aka Might Thor played by Natalie Portman in her full armor sitting beside Kinf Valkyrie played by Tessa Thompson in a throne room mostly likely the throne room of New Asgard.

The recent teaser showed Thor going on a journey of self-discovery while Valkyrie seems to become more and more disillusioned with her role as the new king of Asgard.

While Valkyrie's story arc is still a mystery, it has been said that Jane Foster's storyline will be similar to her comic book version, with Foster searching for Thor in order to help with curing her cancer.

Another interesting little easter egg in the image is the small horn filled with grapes in between Valkyrie and Jane Foster. This is in fact no ordinary horn but the horn of plenty called Cornucopian, which is a part of both Greek and Norse mythology

In Asgard, the horn was carried by the goddess Idun and she would use it to share the elixir of immortality with her fellow gods. While this could just be a neat little addition, it could have further relevance to the plot as it is said to have the powers to heal any injury or illness.
