B-town couple Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot in a hush-hush wedding after secretly dating for a few years. The couple has been very private about their love affair as well as their life after marriage. Recently, Vicky opened up about his wedding and also shared the reactions of his friends when they came to know about Katrina being his wife.

During an interaction with content creator Kusha Kapila on the sidelines of the IIFA 2022 event, Vicky was quizzed about his friend’s reaction to his marriage to Katrina.”They have now gotten used to it, “They were at the wedding and now hung around for a long time. So they are cool about it,” he revealed.

The Uri actor also spilled the beans on his three-day wedding festivities in Rajasthan where he took the nuptial vows with Katrina. He said that during the functions, he would be in his shorts and tee till the last moment. For this reason, he was also tagged as the most chill groom. “I would be like mujhe naha ke bas kapde hi toh pehanne hai (I just need to take a bath and change),” he said .

When asked how he feels as a married man now, he replied, “It’s going good. I actually feel settled. I think that’s the appropriate word. God has been kind, be it my personal or professional life.” Vicky and Katrina tied the knot in an intimate wedding at the Royal Hotel Six Senses Fort Barwara, Sawai Madhopur on December 9, 2021.

On the professional front, Vicky was last seen in Shoojit Sircar ’s Sardar Udham Singh. He will next be seen in Megha Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur, Govinda Naam Mera, and Laxman Utekar’s untitled film. On the other hand, Katrina will be next seen in Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan and Merry Christmas co-starring Vijay Sethupathi.
