‘I am not that close to Tejasswi’: Umar Riaz on his bond with Bigg Boss 15 BFF Karan Kundrra’s girlfriend

During his time in Bigg Boss 15 , actor Karan Kundrra found solace in spending time with actress and fellow contestant Tejasswi Prakash . He ended up falling in love with her and the two soon made their relationship official on national television. It was like a modern day fairytale. Unlike most other reality show couples, Karan and Tejasswi managed to keep the spark alive after coming out of the BB house and are going steady at the moment. But Tejasswi wasn’t the only one who Karan connected with inside the show. Another housemate, who Karan is still very much in touch with, is Umar Riaz .

Karan and Umar became best of friends during Salman Khan’s reality show. They enjoyed one another’s company because they could be real with each other, and that is also a reason why fans fell in love with their bromance. However, despite having Karan in common, Umar and Tejasswi never grew close. In a recent chat with Telly Chakkar, Umar shared, “In the Bigg Boss house, Tejasswi was always Karan's priority for obvious reasons. I don’t have any issue with Tejasswi. Even now, when we meet, we talk and acknowledge each other with 'Hi – Hello', but I am not that close to her as I am to Karan.”

Back in January, Umar bumped into Karan and Tejasswi when he stepped out to get a haircut. It was a happy coincidence which soon turned into a mini reunion. On the work front, the three are quite busy with their respective careers. While Tejasswi is busy winning hearts as the lead star of Naagin 6, her beau Karan recently returned to acting on television with his new supernatural thriller series Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal. Umar, on the other hand, will reportedly be seen on the second season of Kangana Ranaut’s prison themed reality show Lock Upp soon.
