Uunchai Trailer: Amitabh Bachchan-Anupam Kher-Boman Irani's combo tells an endearing tale of friendship and living life to the fullest

The trailer of the Sooraj Barjatya directorial Uunchai has finally been released today (October 18) and has immediately managed to strike a chord with the audience. The movie features a stellar star cast consisting of Amitabh Bachchan , Anupam Kher , Boman Irani , Danny Danzongpa, Neena Gupta, and Sarika. It also features Parineeti Chopra in a cameo role.

Talking about the same, the trailer shows four senior citizens who are thick of friends, and one of them (Danny Denzongpa) wishes to relive the memories of their youth and take a trip to Mount Everest with his friends. Even though the others are hesitant to embark on the same due to their age. However, a tragedy strikes, and one of the friends presumably Danny passes away. This leaves his other three friends played by Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani heartbroken after which they decide to honor their friend’s memory by climbing Mount Everest.

They also decide to scatter the ashes of their late friend on Mount Everest since that was the place that was dearest to their friend. By the looks of it, Parineeti Chopra plays their instructor or the organizer of the trek. Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani soon embark on an extremely challenging mission to climb Mount Everest and meet several physical hurdles on the way. They are joined by Boman Irani’s wife which is played by Neena Gupta and Sarika who presumably essays the wife of Danny Danzongpa. Take a look at the heartfelt trailer.

The trailer hints that the movie celebrates the spirit of friendship and the zeal to live one’s life to the fullest, age no bar. The fans cannot stop raving about the trailer and have already hailed it as a masterpiece irrespective of the box office collection. Uunchai will be released on November 11, 2022.
