2 States’ first look launched

One of the most awaited films of 2014, 2 States, has come out with its first look finally. This Arjun Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer is a big screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel with the same name which has its hero based in North India and the girl belongs to South India.

Abhishek Varman-directed 2 States is all set to hit the theatres on April 18. A joint production venture by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala and Grandson, 2 States will pair Arjun and Alia for the first time. This is the third film for Alia and expectations have risen after her extraordinary performance in her latest release, Highway. Apart from these two young stars in the main roles, Amrita Singh and Ronit Roy will be seen as Arjun’s parents while Southern actress Revathi will appear as Alia’s mom in the film. Both Arjun and Alia’s fans are eagerly waiting for this film as they will come up in different avatars in this adaptation.
