Aamir-Kiran plan a majestic treat as Mr. Perfectionist enters 50 years fragment

Parties and glamour events are something that you don’t really associate Aamir Khan with. While he is mostly unseen at page 3 events, there is something to follow that doesn’t go with his image completely. As the actor will turn 50 on Saturday, he along with wife Kiran are planning to throw a big party expected to be attended by who’s who of the industry.

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Aamir and Kiran’s grand plans for the party will take place at Hilton Shillim near Lonavla. The place offers a relief from the glitter and glamour of the city and also offers a beautiful view. A source close to BH revealed, "Aamir's parties at his Bandra residence are very exclusive and tasteful. The guests enjoy themselves thoroughly every time they attend. But this time apparently Aamir and Kiran decided to throw a more lavish party because he will touch 50. It's a hush-hush affair and the invites have already gone out. A reason that the Hilton Shillim was chosen for the party was because it offers guests privacy and serenity. Aamir doesn't want the media gate-crashing the event. Kirran has also been making personal calls to the guests inviting them.”

Expanding on the arrangements by the two, the source also added, "The guests will drive down on Friday evening or Saturday morning, spend the day at the outdoor swimming pools or availing themselves of the sauna, steam and fitness facilities and the health spa. On Saturday night, the guests along with Aamir and Kiran, will be bringing in his birthday at a party thrown on the retreat's premises. Kirran has planned everything meticulously right to the last detail. Air-conditioned guestrooms with private pools, furnished balconies and patios offering mountain views, have been booked weeks ahead."

While the event is expected to be a grand one, what’s going to be interesting is to see who turns up for the party. Aamir’s friend list that mostly includes Salman, Rani, Big B, Vidhu Vinod, Raju Hirani, Prasoon Joshi  are certain to come, while Karan Johar, Abhishek Bachchan and Aditya Chopra are among others expected to show up. There are many others on the guest list expected to make the event a bigger one. Let’s wish them some good arrangements before wishing the actor Happy Birthday.
