An insider said that besidesBarfi!star Ranbir Kapoor, his actor parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh, may also act in the film. The source added, “Abhinav narrated the script to Kapoor Sr. He liked the story and his part in the film". The source said, Abhinav had been keen to get the father and son duo for his film from the very beginning. “Abhinav thought of casting Neetuji in the movie later, after he was sure that the role was substantial enough to offer her," the source said, adding Neetuji will hear the final script sometime this week. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made in this regard.
