Sushant Singh Rajput Takes A Drastic Step...Just To Work With Deepika Padukone

Sushant Singh Rajput has a busy schedule ahead with a huge list of movies lined up. He has wrapped up the first schedule of Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath which will star him opposite Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan. According to reports, the Kai Po Che actor has also started shooting for director Tarun Mansukhani’s Drive.

We have heard that he is currently in Tel Aviv, Israel shooting for a song sequence with Jacqueline Fernandez. He also has science-fiction space film Chanda Mama Door Ke in his kitty, where he will play the role of an astronaut. With a bunch of movies in his bag, the actor is still in the process of reading more scripts.

According to reports, the actor is approached for one more movie. He liked the script and demanded a huge fee for it. However, when he got to know that the movie will have Deepika Padukone, he was so determined to do the film that he decided to reduce his fees so that the project does not go out of his hands.

Industry grapevine is abuzz with the news that the project is the Hindi remake of The Fault In Our Stars, which will be directed by Mukesh Chhabra. Recently, when Mukesh was asked about the film, he said, "Yes, I am on board for The Fault in Our Stars remake. I'm working on the script at the moment. Sushant is the leading man and we are still in the process of casting the heroine."
