Akshay Kumar starrer It’s Entertainment’s first trailer released

The theatrical trailer of It’s Entertainment has been officially launched by the lead stars of the film, Akshay Kumar, Tamannaah Bhatia and Sonu Sood, at PVR Cinemas in Juhu, on Monday, May 19. The trio was joined by BJP politician Maneka Gandhi and veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty.

Gandhi said, “I think actors have much more power than politicians. They are role models of our country. This is the first movie where animals have been treated well and I am happy to be associated with the film.” Akshay said, “Dogs can be your best friends, but you can't compare them with human beings. You get to learn a lot if you have pets. Once we finished shooting, it was difficult for all of us as we all missed the dog in the film.” The trailer promises fun for the film’s audience as it’s touted to be a well-cooked masala movie. The trailer shows the main character of the film, Entertainment, a dog. Akshay shares a unique chemistry with Entertainment in the film as he fights with it, gets scared of it and finally becomes friends.

Tamannaah said about her co-star Akshay, "He is a brilliant actor. Even if he does a simple scene, he makes it look extraordinary. I think I had good chemistry with Akshay. He is a very nice human being and a very down-to-earth person. One thing I find weird is that Akshay doesn't seem to grow old." She added, "After this film, I got a puppy for myself. It is amazing to have a pet at home... They are lovely, caring.” It’s Entertainment, which marks the directorial debut of writer duo Farhad-Sajid, also stars Johnny Lever, Prakash Raj and Krushna Abhishek and its music has been scored by Sachin – Jigar of Shuddh Desi Romance fame. The film, which has been extensively shot in Bangkok, is set to bow on August 8.
