Alia finds a new interest

Well, it seems that actress Alia has found a new interest. A few months ago, she sang the song Sooha Saaha for Imtiaz Ali’s Highway. She was reportedly invited by A.R. Rahman to his music school so that she could polish her skill. And now the pretty actress is all set to lend her voice again in her upcoming flick Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania opposite Varun Dhawan. Sweet face and melodious voice, the pretty actress has it all!

Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt appreciated her daughter saying, "Her unique point is being untrained. I fear people misleading her and sending her to a training school. She is a raw and wild diamond, a wild flower, which is beautiful in this way only and it should remain this way”. Not only in films, the 21-year old actress even wants to launch her own music album some day. The talented actress was quoted saying "If I get an opportunity, I would love to sing. I really enjoy singing. But I would like to take singing forward. I wouldn't want to restrict myself to singing for films alone; I want to cut an album of my own one day."

With the unplugged version of ‘Samjhawan’, which was originally sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and recently by Arijit Singh in the same movie, Alia Bhatt definitely made a mark as a singer. Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, produced by Karan Johar and directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan is all set to hit theatres on July 11. Just a week more and we would hear the melodious voice of our lovely actress again!
