Amitabh Bachchan says he is not doing film with Rekha

The legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan was in talks to star opposite Rekha in an upcoming YRF flick but the actor has denied the authenticity in any such report and stated that he is not doing any film with Rekha. He commented, "I am not doing it. I read it (media report) but there is no truth to it. But if you know anybody there (at YRF) then suggest my name. As today it is difficult to get work."

Both the actors gave several hits and their last film together was Silsila in 1981. Talks were also on that Rekha and Amitabh were slated to come under a roof with Firoz Nadiadwala’s production Welcome Back but things didn’t work. Meanwhile, Big B is giving a special appearance in Sanjay Dutt Productions' forthcoming entitled Hasmukh Pighal Gaya. He stated, "It is a film for Sanjay Dutt Productions. There is a situation in the film, where the hero of the film sings a song and I get into in that song."
