Anil Kapoor To Star Alongside Son Harshvardhan In Sequel Of ‘Mr. India’?

It is known that Boney Kapoor is planning to start the work for sequel for hit 1987 film ‘Mr. India’. The Anil Kapoor starrer is one of the most iconic movies of Bollywood and is still loved by the fans. Speculations are rife that Anil will be seen in the sequel as well, but this time his son Harshvardhan Kapoor will also star alongside him.

The father-son duo made a lot of appearances together during the promotion of Harshvardhan’s debut film ‘Mirzya’. The fans would be hoping that the news turns out to be true and they get to see the evergreen actor with his promising son on the big screen. Though his debut movie disappointed at the box office, but Harshvardhan won lot of praises from critics for his acting.

If reports are to be believed, the newbie will be playing the central character this time. A source close to the development of the project said, “This time Anil will play the character’s father”. Rumours also suggest that veteran actress Sridevi will also be a part of the flick, however, an official confirmation is awaited.
