Anushka all set to feature in her first item number

Rumoured ex-flames Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do and Anushka is all set to do her first item number in the film. According to the sources, the song titled Swing will also feature Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah but Anushka will be on the spotlight. Though Anushka has impressed audiences with her power-packed performances, the leggy lass is going to be the limelight of a special number for the first time.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the film revolves around a crazy Punjabi family on a cruise trip. The film starring an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Farhan Akhtar and Anushka Sharma is slated to release on June 5, 2015.

The beautiful actress will be portraying the role of a jazz singer in her forthcoming flick Bombay Velvet. Anushka Sharma is supposed to play a dual role as a journalist and a prostitute in Rajkumar Hirani’s PK, which is all set to hit the screens on December 19. The Band Baaja Baaraat actress has just finished with her debut production venture NH 10.
