Arjun Kapoor Is Arjun Kapoor’s Most Important Co-star In Mubarakan

After acting in several diverse films like ‘Gunday’, ‘Half Girlfriend’ and ‘Ki & Ka’, Arjun Kapoor has finally got the opportunity of working in a comedy film with ‘Mubarakan’. The actor shared that he always wanted to be part of a comedy film. Arjun will be playing a double role in the film which has been directed by Anees Bazmee.

Stating that there haven’t been many comedy films in the last five years, Arjun revealed that from the moment he became an actor, he wanted to get into comedy. He also shared that ‘Mubarakan’ is not aimed to appeal only the urban audiences. Talking about his character, the actor stated, “My most important co-actor was going to be me. This was a challenge I wanted to undertake just to see how it all came together”.

He will also be sharing screen space with Anil Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz, Athiya Shetty and Neha Sharma among others. Praising the director and Anil Kapoor, Arjun said, “Also, if I am getting the opportunity to work with Anil Kapoor and Anees Bazmee in one film, then that means that I must have worked very hard in my life”. ‘Mubarakan’ will be released on July 28.
