Athiya Shetty Wants To Work With Her List Of ‘Good Directors’

Athiya Shetty is just one film old in the industry and already the Hero actress has bagged an endorsement deal along with Alia Bhatt as the new face of Maybelline New York. The actress, who was directed by Nikhil Advani in her first film opposite Sooraj Pancholi, says that she doesn’t mind playing roles of different genres but wants to work with “good directors”. “I'm not fixed on a particular genre because I'm too young and too new to kind of stick to what I am best at, but I have a list of directors with whom I want to work”, Athiya told IANS.

“Directors are most important to me right now because they are the ones who give life to the script. I'm completely a director's actor and I have a lot of faith in them. Right now getting very good director is in my priority list”, said Sunil Shetty’s daughter.

Not only that, Athiya has also prepared a list of directors, which she doesn’t want to reveal. “I am a very superstitious person and if I give you my list and everybody knows, then it won't come true”.  If the rumours are to be believed Athiya has been approached for Karan Johar’s upcoming project. Not only the “good directors”, but Athiya is making her way up to the top with the topmost directors.
