Badlapur is a ‘Twisted Entertainer’ to keep you engaged – Varun Dhawan

Just as the first look poster of the Varun Dhawan-Nawazuddin starrer Badlapur came out, the promotion strategy got underway. Describing this eccentric mode of cinema, the cast that includes Varun Dhawan, Nawazuddin Siddique, Huma Qureshi and Yami Gautam put the film as a ‘twisted entertainer’.

“Badlapur is twisted entertainer. The film will surprise you, thrill you, may even get a chuckle but will constantly be entertaining you,” Varun told. Directed by Sriram Raghvan, Badlapur is a story interesting enough to keep the audiences engaged, that’s what the cast wants their audiences to believe. Varun even went on to justify the bold content of the film stating that the script requirement justifies it all. According to Varun, the demand of the story was to have that bold content all along. While Sriram’s last work as a director ‘Agent Vinod’ was a failure, he still has a wonderful record to make him a promising filmmaker. The film will release in February next year.
