Bajirao-Mastani’s shoot to resume right away

The long halted shooting schedule of Sanjay Leela’s Bhansali’s Bajirao-Mastani will resume from November 15^th. Ranveer Singh, who took a break to promote his film Kill Dil will immediately hit the sets after his film releases today. The actor had especially requested for a break since he was needed for the promotion of his film.

Ranveer’s break hasn’t gone down very well for the schedule as Priyanka Chopra, who plays Kashibai in the period love story flew to LA taking the off advantage. The makers who have no choice but to wait for her to comeback will begin the shoot Ranveer and other cast tomorrow. According to a source, the crucial scene which was halted halfway, would now resume filming. "Sanjay Bhansali, who is cooling his heels while Ranveer has gone to town with the Kill Dil promotion, was in the middle of a crucial scene when Ranveer decided to take off. Now picking up the threads of that scene again won't be easy," the source said. The source also explained why Priyanka had to fly off to LA and that Deepika would soon join. "While Deepika Padukone was meant to join the Bajirao Mastani team from March Priyanka Chopra had to postpone her shooting for Bajirao Mastani. She has taken off for LA to look into her music commitments,” he added.
