Bajrangi Bhaijaan crew shot climax at 10,000 ft above sea level

Little updates about Salman Khan’s upcoming flick Bajrangi Bhaijaan has succeeded in garnering everyone’s attention. The latest buzz is that the climax of this movie was shot at 10,000 ft above sea level. The base of the Thajiwas glacier in Sonamarg was selected as the destination to shoot the climax of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Director Kabir Khan stated, “The 300-strong technical crew had to trek for an hour through snow every morning to reach the location. Added to this, were the 7,000 extras that we had on set every day. Transporting them in buses, and then embarking on the hour-long trek was a huge logistical challenge for the production. To add to their woes were the sub-zero temperatures, and hail storms that would interrupt the shoot”.

This movie, which features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui alongside the Dabangg star in lead roles, has been shot in several cities of the country. Salman has pre-booked Eid week for the release of this flick. Bajrangi Bhaijaan is produced by the Ek Tha Tiger star and Rockline Venkatesh.
