The boy has now reached his target and the Twitter handle of Guinness World Records announced this, congratulating Carter on most number of retweeted tweet. So now, Ellen’s Oscars selfie - which broke the Internet - has been announced as second most retweeted tweet ever by #NuggsForCarter.

Twitter replied to the news elaborating: Teen sets record for most chicken nuggets eaten in one year.
Sometime back, he even asked the popular fast food chain Wendy’s, for a year-long supply of chicken nuggets for about 18 million retweets.
