Buzz around Shuddhi dips?

It was reported a few days ago that Bollywood’s Bhai Salman Khan has replaced Hrithik Roshan in Karan Johar’s Shuddhi and since then the hype around the film has slightly dropped. The buzz was created as the film would mark a comeback of the Agneepath team – Karan Johar, Karan Malhotra and Hrithik Roshan. Hrithik was also paired up opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan after a long time which helped boost up the hype further.

Onscreen chemistry between Hrithik and Kareena has always been loved by their fans. After Hrithik opted out of Shuddhi, Kareena was pretty clueless about the future of the film. The cast of the film was also supposed to be revamped completely starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. But this plan too didn’t chalk out as the duo preferred Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani over this KJo film.

Now Salman’s casting has been finalised but the dilemma still continues about the female lead, whether Kareena will be its part or not. Bebo said, “I don’t know if am doing Shhuddhi. That will be in 2015 and am already working on Kabir Khan’s film. I am already doing a film with Salman. But appearing back to back with the same actor shouldn’t happen.” She continued, “For me Shhuddhi was synonymous with Hrithik in the film. The reason I did the film was Hrithik. But when he didn’t do the film, I decided to opt out as well. Though I haven’t seen Bang Bang teaser, Hrithik is just fantastic at his work.” Now we can assume that Kareena is not thinking about Shuddhi anymore.
