Chargesheet Filed By Police Against Ness Wadia For Molesting Preity Zinta

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is known to have starred in movies such as Kya Kehna, Kal Ho Naa Ho and Veer-Zaara. The actress made her acting debut with the 1998 movie Dil Se. The actress filed an FIR against ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia for allegedly molesting and threatening her during an IPL match.

According to a story published in pinkvilla.com, the complaint also comprised of four photos of ‘bruise like’ marks on Preity’s right arm. The actress’s complaints were supported by her husband Gene Goodenough. A close source revealed, “In his statement, Goodenough stated that he had intervened when Wadia molested and abused Zinta, and he’s asked Wadia not to misbehave with a woman”. The police have filed a charge sheet against Ness Wadia.

The source further added, “The police have attached statements of several people in the charge sheet. During the filing of the charge sheet, Wadia was present in the court, which allowed him to go on a personal bond of Rs. 20,000”. Regarding the charge sheet, a police official stated, “We have filed the charge sheet against Ness Wadia on Tuesday; it is 500 odd-pages”.
