Dum Laga Ke Haisha opens overseas gates for itself

Hard work fetches you good results slowly and progressively. After the latest Yashraj presentation Dum Laga Ke Haisha impressed its way in to make more spaces across theatres in India, the overseas gates have also opened.

Yashraj has now decided to release the film in overseas following the encouraging response it has generated since its release. The makers had reserved the decision to observe the domestic response before going wide. Talking about the film going abroad, lead actor Ayushmann Khurranna said, “We are releasing the film internationally probably this weekend. We had a platform release of Dum Laga Ke Haisha in India. I think it was a good decision by YRF to gauge the audience's reaction by releasing it in limited screens. Depending upon the word-of-mouth and the requests we are getting from our fans outside India, we are releasing it worldwide.”

The Ayushmann-Bhumi Pednekar starrer has built on its image post the positive word of mouth. While the film has been strong here, the overseas collections too might spin in a surprise. The film is directed by Sharat Kataria.
