Give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone gives: RGV's tweet on Women's Day
Updated : March 08, 2017 04:28 PM ISTFilmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is at it again. The 54-year-old, who’s known for his unabashed controversial statements every now and then, speaks his mind even on social media, often drawing flak for his posts. Days after he upset actor Tiger Shroff’s mother and sister — when he mocked Tiger’s recent photoshoot and tweeted to the actor, asking him “not to pose in an Urmilaish way” — RGV’s Twitter post on International Women’s Day (March 8) has drawn ire.
Here’s what the filmmaker tweeted:
I wish all the women in the world give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone gives

This did not go down well with many people, who took to the micro-blogging site to give RGV a piece of their mind. Here’s what some people wrote:
@RGVzoomin you mean even your mother and daughter?

@RGVzoomin it is my sincere request to all the heroes, heroines n actors, please don't do movies for RGV...

Actor Sunny Leone — who was mentioned in RGV’s tweet — however, did not seem to have taken offense, and replied with a smiley.

Last month, it was a picture of goddess Saraswati and a superimposed map of Andhra Pradesh on her veena, which got the filmmaker in trouble. He was also criticised for his tweet on Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 poster, where he called it the “height of narcissism.”
