Guess Who Will Finally Be Making Her Television Debut?

Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in ‘Udta Punjab’ which came out last year. The actress then took a hiatus from being in front of the camera as she was pregnant with her first child with husband Saif Ali Khan. Kareena gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on December 20, 2016, and named him Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi. Now, according to reports, the actress will be returning to please the audiences, not with a movie, but, with a TV show, which will mark her debut on the small screen.

Kareena has become the brand ambassador of a global infotainment channel, a la TLC, which will be launched in a couple of months. “It’s a well-known global factual entertainment channel and they had approached Kareena during her pregnancy. One of the main reasons is her connect with the global audiences. She is quite popular in UK which she visits often with her hubby Saif Ali Khan. When Kareena was approached for it, she also felt it was a perfect fit for her”, a source shared.

The Jab We Met actress will be shooting for the brand-film in the next few days. She will be joining the likes of Salman Khan and Karan Johar who have established themselves on the small screen as well. It was recently reported that King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, will also be hosting a TV show which is the Indian version of TED Talks.
