Has Priyanka Chopra Agreed To Work In Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Fanney Khan’?

Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood career is trending high. In between her successful overseas stakes, the actress is likely to sign a Bollywood film. As per the latest reports, the 34-year-old lady may be seen playing the female lead in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Fanney Khan’.

A source close to Priyanka has divulged, “The actress is busy reading Bollywood projects, but nothing has been finalised yet,” further adding, “She is set to come back to Mumbai in December, and will finalise the projects. Out of the many scripts, Priyanka has given her nod just to Fanney Khan. The movie is to be produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and will be directed by debutant Atul Manjrekar.”

‘Fanney Khan’, Mehra’s next production, will have Anil Kapoor as the male lead. If the ‘Baywatch’ actress gives a nod for the project, it will mark Anil and Priyanka’s next collaboration after ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’. Interestingly, the leading actress has also turned a producer and is working on her first bankrolled film ‘Ventilator’ under her banner named Purple Pebble Pictures.
