Hate Story is Indias answer to Basic Instinct: Nikhil Dwivedi

New Delhi Bollywood actor Nikhil Dwivedi says his upcoming erotic thriller Hate Story is in the lines of Sharon Stones Basic Instinct in terms of boldness. The film, which stars Paoli Dam in the lead role, has generated a lot of buzz due to its bold content. And Dwivedi thinks the movie is India's answer to Basic Instinct. "Had I not liked it I'd not have been part of it. First thing that came to my mind was, oh! it's a Basic Instinct in India. I thought, why not be a part of India's first erotic thriller? I have tried not to walk the trodden path. And this is an erotic thriller which is has been handled aesthetically," Nikhil told PTI. The film, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, is scheduled to hit theatres on April 20.
