Here’s What Ranbir Kapoor Has To Say About Postponing Release Date Of Sanjay Dutt Biopic

Actor Ranbir Kapoor has numerous fans, especially girls who just go gaga over the actor. Ever since Sanjay Dutt biopic with him has been announced, all have been on their pins and needles. People were counting days and waiting for December as the movie was scheduled to release during that time.

However, the makers have now postponed the release date to March next year to avert clash with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai. While this might not have gone down well with Ranbir fans, the Barfi actor considered this as a wise decision. The makers believed that releasing the movie with Salman’s film will affect the earning. They further said that that the sequel of Ek Tha Tiger sequel will be a biggest film of the year.

When asked from Ranbir that postponing the release date of his film sends out a message that he is not confident, he said, “I don’t think so. I think a film has its own destiny and everyone should put the best version of the picture in front of the audience. I have not played the part in the release date of the film and the clash. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is the biggest film of the Indian cinema coming this year."

The Rockstar actor is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie Jagga Jasoos along with co-star and ex-flame Katrina Kaif. After witnessing many delays, Jagga Jasoos will finally release on July 14, 2017.
