Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania out with its first teaser

Finally the wait is over for Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s fans as the first look of their upcoming film, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, has been unveiled. Set in Chandigarh, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is a filmy love story which stars Varun as Humpty Sharma, a crazy cricket fan, and Alia as Kavya Pratap Singh, who is a die-hard Kareena Kapoor fan.

In the course of the film Humpty wins over Kavya’s family and finally her heart. Varun will also be seen as a rapper in the film. The first teaser of the film shows Varun sharing his dream of an ideal wife referring to the Bollywood actresses like Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif. Humpty also shares his phone number with the audience to help him in searching his life-partner. The theatrical trailer is awaited on May 26. Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania is set to be released on July 11.
