I Am Honoured And Excited To Be A Part Of It: Parineeti Chopra On Golmaal Again

After months of hunt for the leading lady in Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again, the makers finally zeroed in on Parineeti Chopra. The other actors in the movie are Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Kemmu. The actress lately joined the star cast of the film for the shooting schedule.

Shetty recently revealed Pari’s character from the film. He said, “She plays a girl of today — wholesome and earthy. You will never see the characters in my films in Armani suits or any designer outfits; Parineeti is no exception. After working with her for the last four days, I can say that she looks like as if she’s part of the gang as she blends in beautifully.”

In an interview, the Ishaqzaade actress revealed the reason why she decided to do Golmaal Again. She said, “It really came to me at the perfect time. I was looking to do a big, fun, comedy film and GA was the perfect combination of all these three things. The biggest deciding factor was obviously Rohit Shetty. He is someone I’ve always wanted to work with. I love all his films, and the kind of reach he has. I am honoured and excited to be a part of it”.
