Irrfan Khan to appear as a porn filmmaker in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s next

Actor Irrfan Khan is all set to astonish his fans yet again via a challenging and never seen before character in his next film. The actor will be seen enacting the role of a porn filmmaker under the direction of Tigmanshu Dhulia in The Killing Of A Porn Filmmaker. It is also being said that Irrfan has started preparing himself for the role and has been reading up a lot about perverts who plant cameras in private places to capture personal stuff.

Tigmanshu said, “Irrfan's character redeems himself. He rises from the depths of sleaze and emerges a hero...why and how, I can't reveal. But after our collaboration in 'Paan Singh Tomar', this would be a completely new world.” He further added, “We are talking about a guy who plants secret cameras in toilets, shoots honeymooning couples with hidden cameras...Irrfan plays the supreme of sleaze.”

The filmmaker also informed that he and Irrfan started working on the flick in 2004 but just couldn’t carry it on. He quoted, “Irrfan and I actually started working on 'The Killing Of A Porn Filmmaker' right after 'Charas' in 2004. We shot for a week and then the producer played truant. We are all set to revive the project in 2014.”
