It’s Deepika in the air all over!

Out of all the things that Deepika Padukone’s been in news for, let’s begin with the biggest one. The marvellous Indian beauty has been chosen the sexiest woman in the world by a poll conducted FHM Magazine.

It’s a huge honour for the actress to have topped the list of 100 worldwide beauties and come out winning. However the actress feels that her physical appearance cannot be the reason for her winning but her hard work and movies. “I think something like this is really the result of the work that I do. I don't think it has got anything to do with me physically. I also think that the brand endorsements are also the result of the films that you do," the actress said. Deepika’s look for the movie Finding Fanny was released last evening that lighted a lot of fire in the news. "I have been very fortunate that the roles I have done in the last 2-3 years have been very different from each other. So I guess this and the endorsements are a result of that and, of course, the success of that and the relatability of the characters," she added at the same event. The 28 years old actress also leaves for Corsica in France to begin shooting for Tamasha opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The film is directed by Imtiaz Ali. Talking about the movie she said "I am really excited and looking forward to it. I am almost nervous like it is my first film, for some reason, I am getting butterflies in my stomach almost like it is my first film." She has worked with Imtiaz in Love Aaj Kal which is considered one of her top roles. Interestingly one of the finest roles for Ranbir has also come out under Ali’s direction in Rockstar. Their new outing makes it really interesting then.

"Ranbir has been a fantastic co-star and we have done a beautiful movie together. Imtiaz gave me one of my most memorable films Love Aaj Kal. So, now getting to work with the two of them together is great," Deepika said on being asked how’s it going to be working with Ranbir and Imtiaz. Well, the current flow of things only suggest that the air is filled with Deepika all around and her being chosen as the sexiest woman does make us proud. Way to Go!
