Kajol’s comeback sees yet another bump!

‘You cannot be serious about it this time!!’ That’s what probably must be hovering around the minds of Ajay Devgn and Kajol. After making attempts for more than a year now, looks like the road to silver screen comeback for Kajol is not just so easy after all. While it’s all out in open that Ajay has been trying to plan a film which Kajol could feature in as the lead for her comeback, the repeated bumps are making it harder for the couple to see through.

The latest bump that they’ve got here is from the Malayalam director Rosshan Andrrews. After failing to cope terms with Ram Madhvani and then again for a different project, Ajay and Kajol both settled to remake the Malayalam film How Old Are You (originally directed by Andrrews) in Hindi. The talks had gone too far ahead until film’s director Rosshan Andrrews refused to let go of the project for anyone else to helm. Reportedly, the man wanted himself to take the Hindi version on screen while Ajay was keen on Ashwini Dhir (director of Son Of Sardar.) The never ending talks showed no signs of results failing to take the project further. Ajay finally decided to let go off the project facing yet another barrier in Kajol’s comeback.

The tussle with Ram Madhvani earlier had also delayed (later shelved) the project that Kajol was to feature in. Then again when both Ajay and Kajol tried to substantiate a film, it couldn’t go down very well. While the Hindi remake for How Old Are You was almost looking certain, the latest speed breaker has disturbed things yet again. Looks like, Kajol has to work her way up in all new style if she wants her fans to watch her on the big screen anytime soon.
