Kangana Ranaut Declines To Sign The Petition For Deepika Padukone's Protection

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is known to have shot to fame with the 2013 movie Queen . The national award winning actress is one of the highest paid actresses in Bollywood. Recently, the actress was the focus of public attention due to her spat with Hrithik Roshan .

Once again, the actress has come into the limelight with her recent act in which she straight away declined to sign the petition to the Prime Minister asking for Deepika Padukone ’s safety and protection as the actress received several death threats. Regarding this, a source was quoted as saying, “It was Shabana Azmi who initiated a campaign in the film industry. She got every major actress to sign a petition to the Prime Minister asking for Deepika’s safety and protection”.

The source further revealed the actresses from the industry who signed the petition. The source was quoted as saying, “The actresses who signed the petition included Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan  Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt , Vidya Balan , Anushka Sharma , Priyanka Chopra, her sister Parineeti Chopra , Sonakshi Sinha and many others. All of them willingly signed the petition”. The source closed the statement mentioning that Kangana is supporting no one as the whole industry was silent during her spat with Hrithik.
