Kareena Kapoor Khan turns item girl once again?

After sizzling on the big screens in chartbuster item numbers like Fevicol Se and Halkat Jawani, Kareena Kapoor Khan is set to come back as an item girl once again in Akshay Kumar starrer Gabbar. Reports are doing rounds that Kareena has been signed up for an item song in the action drama film.

Directed by Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gabbar stars Akshay, Shruti Haasan and Prakash Raj in the lead. Sonu Sood and Sunil Grover will also appear in other pivotal roles in the film which is due to release in early 2015. Gabbar is an official remake of A.R. Murugadoss’ Tamil film Ramana. Earlier this Tamil film has been remade as Tagore in Telugu and then Vishnu Sena in Kannada. The item number will be choreographed by Vishnu Deva and according to him the shooting for the song will commence from March end. Kareena will join the crew in Pune and begin her shooting. As Kareena’s previous item numbers added an oomph effect to the movies, Dabangg 2 and Heroine, Gabbar is expected to set the box-office on fire with her upcoming sizzling performance which will set the mood of the audience indeed.
