Makers of Madhuri’s Gulab Gang should take my permission before making film: Sampat Pal

Bigg Boss 6contestant Sampat Pal, who is known for her fight for women's rights, is not very pleased with the makers of Madhuri Dixit starrerGulab Gang. Pal is upset because the film, which is rumoured to be based on her life and works, is being made without her consent. Pal is the leader of a women's group (called Gulabi Gang) in UP and looks into issues related to women, including domestic violence and other social problems.

"I will not let the film to be released before my permission. I feel she (Madhuri) should meet me once before the shooting begins. It is not that I will not give permission to make a film based on me. I feel that if she has not seen or met me in real life, how can she portray the role on screen with justice," Pal told PTI.
