Nandita Das signs Kollywood film Neer Paravai

Mumbai - Bollywood actress Nandita Das, who created waves in the industry with her powerful performances in films like Fire, Earth, and Bawandar, has reportedly signed National Award winning director Seenu Ramasamys Neer Paravai. After 2004 release Vishwa Tulasi, this is the second Kollywood venture of the bold actress, whose directorial Hindi film Firaaq won a number of national and international awards. Seenu Ramasamy has confirmed the news, saying that Nandita was the best and final choice for the role, but he refused to give any further details about her role in the movie but claimed that her character in the film will be very different from the roles she had done so far.
