New Turn In Jiah Khan’s Suicide Case

Jiah Khan’s suicide case has been taking nasty turns on every hearing. On the last hearing, the Pancholis file a contempt petition against Rabia Khan, mother of late Jiah Khan. On Wednesday, December 21, Sooraj Pancholi, Aditya Pancholi, Zarina Wahab and sister, Sana, turned the Bombay High Court against Rabia.

The petition was in context to prevent Jiah’s mother from making any defamatory statements or remarks against them in front of the media or on social media website. The next hearing was scheduled on December 22, but was postponed due to time constraints.

The next hearing will be held in January 2017. Lawyers from both the sides have spoken to the leading publications regarding the matter. Jiah Khan died in 2013. She was found hanging in her apartment with a suicide note.
