This Newbie Will Romance Shahid Kapoor In Arjun Reddy Remake

With a Bollywood debut on the way with ‘Student of the Year 2’, this young new actress has already bagged her second film. Can you guess who she is? If you thought Tara Sutaria then you’re correct. Reports have stated that the newbie has been confirmed to star opposite Shahid Kapoor for the Arjun Reddy remake.

The film is one of the most-awaited flicks and rumours  of the remake and cast have been doing the rounds for quite some time now. Few reports earlier stated that Janhvi Kapoor or Sara Ali Khan might bag the role, however, Tara won the race. With this trajectory, she is definitely going to leave a lasting impression in the industry.

For the remake, Shahid will step into Vijay Devarakonda's shoes as he played the lead role in the original Telugu drama film helmed by Sandeep Vanga. The plot of the film revolves around a high-functioning alcoholic surgeon named Arjun Reddy Deshmukh who has anger management problems. The film raked in huge amounts at the box-office.
