No Need To Criticize Him: Freaky Ali Team Supports Kapil Sharma

We informed you about the controversial tweet by stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma in which he alleged that he was asked to pay for the construction of his new office. Following the tweet, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) reacted strongly opposing it. Now, the latest in the front is that Freaky Ali team including Arbaaz Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sohail Khan have all supported Sharma and said that there is no need to criticize him.

Backing the comedian, Arbaaz said, "One should have freedom of expression in this country. But when we express something the people get behind our back with all sorts of questions about how can we say it. If we really have that right then how can anyone question about whatever we say. We should allow the people to say anything even if we do not feel his opinion is right and then we can leave it without paying any attention, but what's the need to crucify him".

The Dabangg 2 director also said that Sharma should be lauded for his spirit to come in front and raise the issue. He added that Sharma would not have revealed anything like this if it would have been false. A day before, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) sub-engineer Abhay Jagtap filed a case against the artist alleging that the latter has contravened laws and has carried out illegal construction in his flat.
