Prime time airing of The Dirty Picture on TV makes Vidya happy

The news that her super-hit film The Dirty Picture has finally got clearance and will be aired on TV on prime time has made National-award winning actress Vidya Balan a happy person. Last time the telecast of the film on a private television had to be cancelled at the last moment due to clearance problem. The channel has now secured a clearance from the Bombay High Court for the airing of the film on prime time. Vidya, who will soon start shooting of her first full-time comedy film Ghanchakkar opposite Emraan Hashmi, said, I have always wanted to do comedy. It could be slapstick or subtle, but I am looking forward to having some super fun moments laughing on screen and making people laugh off screen.
