Priyanka Chopra: I am a girl and I have the right to keep my personal life personal

Bollywood’s leading actress Priyanka Chopra has never spoken out on her love life and she clarifies that it’s nowhere related to being "politically correct". On December 5 Piggy Chops was asked at a media conclave why she never defies the dating rumours and the 31-year-old actress replied, "It's not because I am being politically correct. It's just that I'm a private person.”

She added further, "I believe that I am putting 90 percent of myself and my family life out in front of the public, I have every right to keep 10 percent of it for myself.” Priyanka, who is a prominent member on social networking sites, also said that women are quite aware of "how much you want to tell.” The Barfi! starlet said, "I am a girl and I have the right to keep my personal life personal.” The session didn’t end without asking the gorgeous lady about her marriage plans and she said, "When somebody who is worth asking me asks me about marriage, then I will see."The actress-turned-singer, who is growing as an international music icon, is also sure about which two things she will look out for in her life-partner. She said, “...he should be my best friend and I should have 'aankhon ki sharam(a degree of respect)' in front of him.”
