R Balki’s Next To Star Akshya Kumar?

R. Balki, best known for directing ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’, has reportedly roped in Akshay Kumar for his forthcoming film. However, the topic of his next film is strictly being kept under the wraps. Akshay, who is a splendid actor, has recently wrapped up the shooting of his next ‘Jolly LLB 2’ and will now begin with ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’.

According to a report in leading trade magazine, Supercinema, “Akshay Kumar in all likelihood will team up the Ki & Ka Director R. Balki for a very interesting and big project. The project is expected to go on floors in 2017 once both of them are free from their current commitments.” However, there is no confirmation about when this film will go on the floors, but speculations are rife that the actor has certainly given a nod for it.

The 49-year-old actor, Akshay, was last seen in a crime thriller, ‘Rustom’. This film was based on the real life incident of Naval Officer K. M. Nanavati and businessman Prem Ahuja. Apart from the above mentioned flicks, ‘Namaste England’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’ are perhaps a part of Akshay’s kitty.
