Raaz 3 Emraans last sequel venture?

It seems, Bollywood’s sequel expert Emraan Hashmi is bored of doing same franchise again and again as the actor has announced that he will not be doing any sequel in the near future. Emraan has so far worked in sequels ofRaaz, JannatandMurderand his next installment ofRaazhas just hit the theatres. Emraan said, "I don't think I will be doing a sequel for a while after this. But these films have been successful from the beginning of my career, and nowadays a fashion of sequels is on, so we thought that it's great that we should take hit films ahead and make them into a series". Vikram Bhatt’s directorial ventureRaaz 3,which also stars Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta, revolves around the downfall in an actress's life and how she turns to black magic to regain his stature and love. The actor is now on a lookout for new roles. "The character should be good and different and something which I have not played before. I also see the commercial viability of the film and how different it is... what kind of change it brings," he added.
