Ram Gopal Varma to give a new ‘Don’ to Bollywood via Satya 2

Finally we now know who will be enacting the role of don in Ram Gopal Varma’s Satya 2. The maker has given a breakthrough to a newbie, Puneet Singh Ratn. The director said, “Satya, in this film, is probably the most unique character I've created in my entire career. And I couldn't have dreamt of a better actor than Puneet to portray this role. As a director, I love machismo in heroes and he has it naturally in his persona, which one can clearly see on the screen.”

Satya 2 will be the second instalment of RGV’s 1998-hit Satya. The flick was a game changer of its time, a film that changed the way of presenting underworld on screen. The filmmaker is pretty confident that he will be able to recreate the magic as he did earlier. On being in the film, Puneet said, “RGV is a genius and working with him expanded my vision of the world of films and how diversely they can be portrayed.”
