Ranbir Drops Plans Of Making Kishore Kumar's Biopic?

Ranbir Kapoor has been an ardent fan of veteran playback singer Kishore Kumar. Considering the latest trend of Bollywood, the actor wanted to make a biopic on the most successful playback singer of industry. But it seems that the plan has been dropped, as Ranbir has revealed recently.

The problems associated with the project, as he said, were relating to the cast and also with the script. The family members of the late veteran singer were apparently not happy with the script. Hence, the project has been shelved.

Ranbir had collaborated with Barfi! director, Anurag Basu, for the project. Ranbir once said that this was one of the most interesting projects that he, along with Anurag, had in their minds. But now it seems that things didn’t work out. As of now, Ranbir is gearing up for Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, which is to be helmed Rajkumar Hirani.
