Ranbir-Katrina starrer Jagga Jasoos postponed yet again

The Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos which is currently being shot overseas has been hit with yet another delay. The Anurag Basu directed flick that has already been delayed with different date issues has now been shifted ahead by 5 months.

Jagga Jasoos has been in news for only having a delay after delay for number of issues. The dates from the actors were earlier not available followed by a production problem. Anurag Basu who then needed some more time to set up the floor justified the delay by citing different reasons. However this time, the delay is related to the post production and VFX. A close source from the film revealed, “There is a lot of VFX work, which needs to be done and the shoot will finish in March. Then Anurag will start working on the music with composer Pritam. So now the makers have decided to release the film in the first week of October as the timing is good and October 2 is a long weekend.”

Ranbir who hasn’t had a single release this year will come out with as many as four films in 2015. Jagga Jasoos is also being popped up as an interesting prospect since it brings together the real life couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif on screen. Jagga Jasoos which was earlier slated for a mid next year release will now come out in October.
