Randeep Hooda says he did those things in John Day that he can’t do in real life

John Day is Randeep’s next flick. The actor will be seen sharing screen space with the veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah in the movie. The flick is directed by debutant director Ahishor Solomon. The film also features, Elena Kazan and Shernaz Patel in the key roles. The movie is slated to release on September 13.

“I have a dark character in the film (John Day). More than grey, it`s black...(and it is something) that I have never played before. But I enjoyed it a lot. I got to do the things that I can`t do in real life. Thankfully, those things didn`t have any repercussions in real life otherwise I would have been in jail,” said Randeep Hooda.
