Saif Ali Khan in legal trouble, charged for manhandling NRI businessman

Actor Saif Ali Khan has been charged for beating a South African businessman Iqbal Sharma at Mumbai's Taj Hotel in February, 2012. The actor has been found guilty under Section 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The reports have come up that the next hearing of the case will take place on April 30. The actor along with his two other pals was involved in the brawl. He and his mates were taken into custody on February 22, 2012 for the same and got the bail soon after. It was Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Malaika Arora Khan, Shakeel Ladak and few more friends of the actor who were present there that night.
